Job Description

• Administer primary and secondary medical treatment to estate workers.
• Assess and determine the need for referrals to the Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) or government healthcare facilities.
• Manage and maintain the estate clinic, including the proper handling and dispensing of medications.
• Conduct examinations and provide treatment for minor ailments.
• Perform minor surgical procedures, such as lancing and draining of localized infections.
• Develop and implement healthcare programs as planned by the immediate supervisor.
• Prepare and submit monthly medical treatment reports to the District Health Office (Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah) and HQ.
• Ensure that clinic operations are fully compliant with Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) standards and all relevant statutory regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Medical Assistant/Science Medical or its equivalent from accredited institution of higher learning.
• Registered with the Malaysian Medical Assistant Board (LPPM).
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
