Job Description

• Membahagikan order baja dan mengeluarkan order (DO) pada pemandu kargo FGV Transport dan sub kontraktor.
• Membuat laporan harian penghantaran baja
• Memohon dan menukar kontrak baja dalam system ILDS.
• Mengemaskini do yang telah dihantar oleh pihak sub kontraktor dalam system ILDS.
• Menyemak dan menyusun do baja yang telah dikembalikan oleh pihak sub kontraktor.
• Membuat dan mencetak inbois baja peringkat depot.
• Menghantar do yang telah dipulangkan oleh sub kontraktor kepada pihak FGVF.
• Menguruskan penghantaran inbois baja kepada semua pelanggan.
• Mematuhi arahan dan Prosedur ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015, Anti Bribery Management System ISO 37001:2016, MS ISO 9001:2015 dan Persijilan Halal Logistik MS 24001:2019.
