Quality Analyst / Manager ISO 14001

Mapjects is seeking Environmental Health and Safety Analyst or lead

Background/type of work:

• OSHA and ISO 14001 experience
• Working knowledge of applicable laws such as  federal, state, and local, regulations, and guidance. for e.g. experience with systems like Mapjects Clearview, ESOH-MIS, LEED, Mapjects ISO 14001, e-DASH, SharePoint, EASI, APIMS, or RACER.
• Management - General knowledge of environmental program management (-- For e.g. air quality, airspace, biological resources, cultural resources, land use, noise, socio-economics, water resources hazardous materials and waste, environmental justice, and cumulative impacts.)
• Document support to include EIAP, EBS, and DOPAAs.

Oversee and co-ordinate or analyze ESOH (element problems and recommend solution alternatives.)

Specific Duties:

• Employee Awareness and Training
  Document Control
  Process Development and Improvement
  Management of ISO 9001:2008 documentation, record-keeping, implementation and registration details
  Internal audits
  Oversee and coordinate Training activities for all employees on ISO principles, functions and analysis of quality data
  Carry out management responsibility function of input data for Management Review meetings
  Interface with and assist external auditors during surveillance and re-certification audits
  Maintain compliance tracking systems
  Work closely with management and project managers regarding customer feedback, preventive actions, and corrective actions
