Graphic Design (20 hrs/wk part time) ASAP (Citizen, H1B 5yrs)

This is a part time position 20 hrs/wk DC/VA

The Designer will develop creative vision and overall look and feel for projects based on design objectives, functional specs, and an interactive feedback process. As well as maintain graphic standards and corporate branding throughout the product's interface.

The candidate will also contribute this expertise towards decision-making and collaborations within the Marketing Team.
Responsibilities

• Capable of creating templates
• Icons
• Concept, design and development from brainstorming through deployment
• Produce & layout monthly publication with external stakeholders
• Successfully complete and deliver projects based on set timelines
• Manage multiple projects on a daily basis
• Ability to adjust workload as needed for moveable deadlines/requests
• Translate business requirements into creative layouts
• Create weekly web banners and image requests as needed
• Ability to translate/understand Marketing requests into design
• Design all deliverables in accordance with best practices and company standards
• Ability to design for web, interactive and traditional print
• Manage image library and assets
• Take on additional tasks as needed

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator,
• Powerpoint templates
• Use Sharepoint to upload and download your digital documents
• Experience with print and digital media campaigns
• Ability to manipulate/edit imagery in Photoshop
• Experience working for an in-house creative department or ad agency
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail
