Job description
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment and analyse the findings.
- Conduct research / comparative analysis / costing related to training and performance management subjects.
- Organise and coordinate in-house training programs based on Annual Training Plan.
- Process training requisition i.e. registration, issue training memo, HRDF claims, processing of payment, post training evaluation etc.
- Ensure full compliance with HRDC guidelines and regulations in training documents submission and processing of claims.
- Maintain accurate record of all training activities to Master Training Report and Individual Training Report.
- Make logistics arrangement for training, including venue & layout plan, refreshment, training facilities, training materials etc.
- Conduct post training evaluation to measure training effectiveness.
- Update and manage the Learning Management System for tracking and reporting training progress.
- Coordinate ad-hoc training raised by business entity.
