Job description

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety obligations.

2. Financial & Cost Control

  • Manage project budgets, cost control, and cash flow.

  • Approve project expenditures and monitor financial performance.

  • Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure cost efficiency.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Managers.

  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Foster a collaborative working environment across all project stakeholders.

4. Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and reporting.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support business growth.

5. Risk & Quality Management

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor quality standards and ensure adherence to specifications.

  • Resolve issues, conflicts, and disputes promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Provide progress reports to management and clients on project performance.

  • Ensure all project documentation, contracts, and records are properly maintained.

  • Prepare project close-out reports and lessons learned for future reference.
