Job description
1. Project Planning & Execution
Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety obligations.
2. Financial & Cost Control
Manage project budgets, cost control, and cash flow.
Approve project expenditures and monitor financial performance.
Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure cost efficiency.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Managers.
Allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth project delivery.
Foster a collaborative working environment across all project stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support business growth.
5. Risk & Quality Management
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor quality standards and ensure adherence to specifications.
Resolve issues, conflicts, and disputes promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Provide progress reports to management and clients on project performance.
Ensure all project documentation, contracts, and records are properly maintained.
Prepare project close-out reports and lessons learned for future reference.
