Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Transformation
Formulate and drive the Group’s digital transformation roadmap aligned with overall business strategies.
Identify and implement digital solutions to support REID core operations (e.g. digital twin, smart facility management, BIM integration, IoT-based asset management).
Champion adoption of emerging technologies (e.g. AI, Big Data, RPA, cloud, mobility) to optimize value chain efficiency.
2. Platform & Technology Development
Oversee the development and integration of digital platforms, applications, and tools to support project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
Evaluate and select suitable digital solutions and vendors aligned with Group IT architecture.
Ensure seamless integration of legacy systems with new digital platforms.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making
Build a robust data infrastructure that enables advanced analytics and real-time reporting for informed business decision-making.
Lead initiatives to centralize data, ensure data integrity, and develop dashboards/BI tools tailored for various REID functions.
Promote a data-centric culture across the organization.
4. Project Leadership & Change Management
Lead and manage group-wide digital initiatives, including project scoping, resourcing, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and reporting.
Work closely with business unit heads to drive change management and digital adoption across subsidiaries and functional teams.
Monitor project KPIs and ROI to measure success and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
5. Governance, Compliance & Cybersecurity
Establish digital governance frameworks, policies, and SOPs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure all digital systems are compliant with cybersecurity protocols and data protection regulations (e.g. PDPA, ISO27001).
6. Innovation & Market Intelligence
Foster a culture of innovation by exploring and piloting new digital ideas and models that enhance competitiveness.
Stay abreast of industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor landscapes to benchmark and maintain digital leadership within the REID sector.
7. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Lead and build a high-performing digital team with strong execution capabilities.
Act as the key liaison with C-suite leadership, board members, external partners, and technology providers.
Represent the Group in digital forums, conferences, and strategic partnerships to strengthen corporate branding and positioning.
