Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the flower freshness in all displays and arrangements
• Receive deliveries and ensure that they meet the required standards
• Ensure that all requisitions and deliveries are made timely
• Ensure that supplies in the workshop are fresh and well-presented
• Assist the Supervisor and Manager in preparing floral arrangements and hampers
• Assist the Supervisor and Manager in the planning of orders, in a cost-efficient way without compromising on quality
• Support and follow through with implementation of new flower arrangements
• Assist with daily ordering of supplies and financial report
• Assign duties to Guest Service Agents and Designers when required
• Provide training when required
• Any other job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Secondary education preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity and environment

Other Prerequisites

• Need to lift and move large and heavy items
