Job description

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for educators, institutions, and internal teams on ESL products and digital tools.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training materials, tutorials, and user guides tailored to various user levels.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for ESL content and pedagogy in product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide user feedback and improve product usability, features, and effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding of new clients by guiding them through product features and best practices for implementation.
  • Provide technical and pedagogical support to users and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
  • Monitor usage patterns and training effectiveness to continuously refine training approaches.
  • Attend and present at education conferences, webinars, and professional development events.
  • Stay updated with trends in ESL education, EdTech, and digital learning strategies.
