Your role.

  • Primary responsibility is to provide technical support via the telephone and Microsoft Teams to over 3000 staff in 27 different locations. Documenting and resolving incidents within the prescribed processes and Service Level Agreements.
  • Identify, communicate, and eliminate trends related to technology incidents.
  • Develop relationships with key staff and assist them in leveraging new technology to enhance client service/business functionality.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
  • Holds self-accountable to meet commitments, helps others achieve objectives and being persists despite obstacles.
  • Communicates effectively and readily adapts the style of communication based on the on the situation or person.
  • Ability to learn and grow technical skills to support different applications, workflows, and hardware.
  • Be flexible with respect to work requirements and timings of shifts based on business requirements.
  • Occasional travel to other offices for project type work and support.


The qualifications.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in general technology support
  • 1-2 years’ Help Desk experience preferred
  • Windows 10 Desktop Operating System experience
  • Network Connectivity experience
  • Microsoft Office 2019/0365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Dell Latitudes
  • Server 2008/ 2012 Exchange knowledge is a plus
  • There is 10% travel for this position.
  • Will need to be able to work a modified schedule of working from both home and the office.
  • Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.- specific job duties may require additional lifting to move, transport, position, and install equipment.
  • Stationary/sitting position.

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime for hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
