Sr. Test Engineer

Sr. Test Engineer –Clearwater, FL  33764   Pay-50-52/hour(BUT WILL TRY HIGHER)

8 months plus contract++++

This position requires determining the effects of radiation environments on various electrical components.

 Job responsibilities include:

• Developing test plans, developing and performing tests on complex components, report generation, developing detailed test schedules, as well as providing work direction/support for other engineers and test technicians. The test skills needed include both hardware and software skills.
• Tasks also include analyzing and interpreting test data and leading and/or participating on teams that resolve technical issues. The position requires close interface with designers, systems and customers to assure proper component selection and compliance.
• Candidate must have a BSEE from an accredited program + 10 years related experience.
• Additional qualifications include strong electronic analysis skills and problem resolution skills. Candidate must be able to multi-task, lead test teams and direct other engineers and technicians.
• Self motivated with strong communication skills are essential to provide team input and coordination. MAT demand supports the resource need on GPS III (RWA, IMU, OBC), DDP and others. Radiation effects center of excellence is located in Clearwater.
• Additional experienced test engineer is needed to support radiation effects testing.

BSEE, US citizenship, develop test plans, and able to determine the effects of radiation envirnments

8 Month Contract +/-

Pay: $50-52/hour BUT WILL TRY HIGHER
