Job description

Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing
• Set up and coordinate meetings, conference room reservations, and catering
• Support staff in assigned project‐based work
• Create and modify documents such as reports, organizational charts, and correspondence using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software
• Assist with travel/hotel arrangements, visas/passports
• Collect and maintain inventory of office supplies
• Corrective & Preventive Action Data Base — Accountable for new data entry, monthly reports and special queries
• Engineering Training Session Coordination — Make arrangements for weekly meetings, invitations, room reservation, etc.
• Learning Hub — System super user, set up classes, enter training records, perform data searches, etc.
• New Engineer Arrival — Coordinate arrival and office set up (location, computer equipment, supplies, etc.)
• SAP - Miscellaneous requisition and goods receipt data entry • Scribe for internal or external meetings where required.
• Opportunity to help maintain and develop SharePoint sites.
• Develop training materials/best practices for software and/or business work processes. Basic Candidate Requirements:
• HS diploma plus a minimum of 3 years solid administrative experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office applications (2003/2007) - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

Need to have:

1)Strong Admin background with some HR experience

2)SAP

3)Sharepoint

4)strong MS office skills

5)Bachelor's degree

  • Pay: 15-20/hour

  • 6+/- Month Contract

  • Shift: 1st
