• Knowledge of laboratory environment, lean principles, project management and financial knowledge are all required.
• PowerPoint and Excel are both required. International travel is involved.
• Proactively works with the Sr. Product Manager, Global Marketing to manage the Outcomes Studies Marketing Projects. Outcomes studies are designed to measure the impact on clinical laboratories of implementing our diagnostic solution.
• The impact could be related to workflow processes or financial savings. Therefore, knowledge of the laboratory environment, lean principles, and high level financial knowledge are required for this position.
• Tasks include assisting in the study design and development by working with the account, area marketing, and global marketing to translate goals into metrics that can be supported through data. Executes the data collection plan and performs data analysis with graphical representation of findings.
• Should be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Provides regular updates on status of studies.
• Degree.
• Relevant experience would consist of 1-3 years experience in diagnostics laboratory or similar healthcare setting.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and / or Lean trained consultant is preferred. International travel is required. Approximately 30% travel.

 

 

Pay Rate: Pay Rate Range: $45-49/hr.

Monday-Friday: First Shift with International travel 30%

5+ month contract
