Credit Associate-Fraud Investigation

We are seeking an professionally-minded person to join our team at one of the world's largest international shipping and handling companies.

Credit Associate will be responsible for:

• Researching and contacting delinquent accounts to arrange collection of outstanding payments.
• Making recommendations to suspend credit and communicate customers' status to Center teams.
• Preparing correspondence to customers

This position is for FRAUD - need to have prior fraud investigative experience

12+month contract position
bi-lingual in french or spanish a plus
