Automotive Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in the automotive industry to evaluate data by various inputs (dealers, customers and technicians, etc) to identify contributing trends or patterns that may be addressed to reduce claims experience.

Mechanical aptitude, understanding of truck or automotive technology and/or product knowledge required
 
Coordinate and facilitate workshops with different business units (Quality, Reliability Engineering, Warranty Operations, REMAN, Sales, Service Operations, Detroit Diesel, Parts Pricing, Senior Management, Dealers and Customers) to address the issues identified, ensure countermeasures are being implemented and impacting the bottom line of the company.
 

Assist and support continuous improvement implementation plans and provide feedback into the pricing and composition of extended coverage packages.
 
Develop executive summary reporting to help synthesize analysis, create transparency of issues and prioritize efforts. 
  
Basic Qualifications 

Bachelor of Business or Operations (BS/BA) required
Excellent problem solving and project management skills required
Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
