Retail Merchandise Planner

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales Manager in the preparation and coordination of Senior Management meetings. 
• Support the AE in creation of the product assortment & inventory recommendations for retailer. 
• Provide selling data from current trends and previous seasons to assist in assortment planning by door/gender/category/class. 
• Provide retailer information for use in Nike’s growth plans and go to market process. 
• Evaluate product assortment and retailer open to buy versus Sales targets.
• Collaborate with retail counterparts to manage sales / inventory plans that yield maximum sales & profits for Nike and the retailer. 
• Create bottoms up bi-annual/seasonal plans by gender or category. 

 

Requirements 

• Retail Planning Experience. 
• Excel mastery. 
• Ability to multitask.
