Junior Recruiter-78103

We are looking for a junior recruiter with some experience (1-2 years) to join our recruiting team out of Schaumburg, IL. The candidate must have experience sourcing active and passive candidates. They will be managing the full-lifecyle recruiting process for their group. Experience with Engineering recruiting a plus. The junior recruiter will be recruiting for all disciplines, including engineering, project management, finance, legal, IT, marketing, etc. Experience recruiting with social networking sites is a big plus!
