Job Requirements: Intermediate knowledge level of MS Office tools, specific to MS Excel. Basic knowledge level of Lotus Notes database/application usage. Basic data analysis - data review and ensuring data integrity in spreadsheets. Knowledge in the use of Phoenix database (training to be provided) Spanish speaking and reading (preferred , not required)

Job Description: Gather and enter confidential customer and sales data collected from Excel spreadsheets into a Lotus Notes database called Phoenix for all Latin American countries. Purpose of the job is to improve data gathering from affiliates throughout Latin America and ensure data integrity and reliability once the data is migrated from Phoenix into salesforce.com. Some analysis of data integrity and reliability will be required.
