DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

The Technologist performs tests and analyses according to established procedures in designated technical department. 

REQUIREMENTS:

BA/BS degree in a hard science

• required with 16 credit hours of chemistry,
• 16 credit hours of biology
• 3 credit hours of math.

License/Certification/Education:

• Medical Technologist Degree or equivalent
• City/State licenses or permits to qualify as a Technologist
• 1-3 years experience in a Clinical Laboratory
