Job description

  • To ensure all task listed by the Chief Executive Officer are done successfully.
  • To ensure provide administrative services for the Chief Executive Officer.
  • To ensure receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages effective and efficiently.
  • To ensure smooth flow of compilation and delivering of documents internally and externally.
  • To ensure assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
  • To ensure respond to public inquiries in a good manner and proficiently.
  • To ensure deliver a good word-processing and secretarial support.
  • To ensure type confidential documents on a word-processing system.
  • To ensure maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
  • To respond to all telephone within 3 rings.
  • To be able to communicate with all levels of staff.
  • To assist Chief Executive Officer and Operation Manager on related matters concerning the Consultants.
  • To process consultant application and prepare documentations of Credentialing.
  • To ensure Resident Consultant Agreement (RCA) are issued within 4 weeks upon consultant joining and the renewal of Consultants contract respectively.
  • To ensure the Consultants’ certified privileging certificates are valid at all times.
  • To prepare the documentations for Consultant’s Performance Review.
