Job description
- Support the Manager, Rewards Management in implementing and administering reward programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and allowances.
- Collaborate with the HR Digital team to ensure accurate configuration of rewards-related modules in Workday.
- Maintain data integrity of compensation elements and ensure timely updates of reward structures in the system.
- Prepare and validate data inputs for salary reviews, benchmarking exercises, and annual reward cycles including but not limited to salary increment, bonuses, promotion as well as off-cycles.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Assist in job grading structures, ensuring system alignment with approved frameworks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot reward-related system issues and escalate for resolution where necessary.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support reward analysis, audits, and decision-making.
- Support the harmonization and standardization of rewards policies and practices across the Group.
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners / HR Shared Services, and other stakeholders on reward processes and system functionalities.
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in compensation and HR systems.
- Participate in UAT and rollout of system enhancements or new features related to the rewards module.
- Contribute to policy documentation and updates related to compensation and rewards.
