GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for driving business development initiatives by researching market trends, identifying marketing opportunities, and executing effective sales and promotional strategies. The Marketing Executive plays an important role in increasing brand awareness, attracting new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plan and manage advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple platforms including print, digital, social media, and direct marketing.
Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
Evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Monitor and evaluate competitor marketing and sales strategies, identifying potential threats and opportunities
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events.
Meets with key clients maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Representing the organization at events, exhibitions, and industry networking activities as needed.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCES:
Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of branding, public relations, and digital marketing techniques.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and market analytics tools is an advantage.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to write and edit compelling marketing content.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media management platforms, email marketing, analytics).
