The Global Compensations Advisor will provide deep expertise and insight for our global compensation and rewards strategy. The role will be responsible to harness a wealth of industry-focused data, through various channels such as competitive market surveys or deep market research, to analyze compensation trends and provide tailored insight. This role will help to shape our global compensation strategy to enable consistency and alignment across geographies while ensuring we have strong alignment to the market.
This role sits within the Global Compensation, Recognition and tools team and is part of the central Global Reward Centre of Expertise, which oversees the strategy, management, and development of Reward programs across our Consulting Teams, Specialty Businesses, and Business Services Teams.
In This Role, You Will
- Provide deep compensation knowledge and analytics in the IT Services / Hi Tech market for all job roles, with a focus on critical talent.
- Shape and support the implementation of a common compensation approach that supports NTT’s competitive market positioning and aligns with global frameworks.
- Deliver expert guidance on developing Executive compensation models, ensuring alignment with NTT’s global standards and market competitiveness.
- Serve as a key advisor to business leaders, HR, and Finance teams on compensation design and execution.
- Provide training and support to regional teams on compensation best practices.
- Drive and contribute to global and regional compensation-related projects and initiatives, collaborating with colleagues across geographies and functions.
- Work as part of NTT’s global reward Centre of Expertise to ensure compensation strategy is cohesive, effective, and supports the broader talent and business goals.
We are looking for a seasoned and innovative compensation leader—someone who thrives in entrepreneurial settings, enjoys building and refining strategies, and can effectively influence across diverse business contexts. Your ability to translate complex business goals into effective compensation models, backed by analytics and sound judgment, will be key.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation roles, with deep expertise in market intelligence across the IT Services / Hi Tech market.
- Deep knowledge of compensation models, structures, and vehicles, including executive compensation.
- Deep knowledge in benchmarking methodologies, survey tools, and job evaluation practices.
- A global mindset with experience working across diverse geographies.
- Familiarity with professional services business models is a plus.
- A proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and leadership effectively.
