Job Description:

 Rattaché au Contremaitre mécanique, votre activité s'orientera principalement autour des axes suivants :

• Intervenir sur les équipements pour réaliser des opérations de maintenance curative (dépannage), corrective (réglages, réparations), et préventive (tournées de contrôle, remplacement de matériel,..) ;
• Faire un suivi des équipements mécaniques du site ;
• Assurer la qualité des réglages et réparations effectuées pour optimiser la productivité ;
• Rédiger les comptes rendus d'interventions dans la GMAO ;
• Effectuer à l'atelier mécanique la remise en état de matériels défectueux ;
• Assurer les astreintes mécaniques (toutes les 6 / 7 semaines environ);
• Participer à la préparation des arrêts programmés.
• Vous êtes habilité à la consignation électrique, pontier, cariste.

• Réaliser des essais et tests de fonctionnement
• Réaliser la mise en conformité de fonctionnement (état de référence, sécurité, environnement, ...)

• Formation requise : Bac pro minimum en maintenance et ou mécanique industriel / agricole / engin de chantier.
