【部署の説明】

ファイナンシャルコントロール＆マネージメント部は主に、会計、財務・規制報告、税務、経費管理、支払業務、管理会計、経営報告、企画・分析に関する事項を担っています。

当ポジションは、会計・財務報告チームのメンバーとして、主に以下の業務をご担当頂きます。 (1) 会計要件に従ったタイムリーかつ正確な仕訳作成・入力 (2) 財務諸表および規制当局への報告資料の作成 (例: 金融庁、生命保険協会、NNグループ)・報告 (3) 税務申告関連資料 (国および地方) の作成・報告 (4) 財務報告に係る内部統制に則った業務の実施 (5) 財務分析、それに伴う経営陣向け報告書の作成、報告 (6) ソルベンシー規制に関するレポート作成、報告

【職務内容】

主に次に挙げる業務をご担当いただきます。 ■会計業務 ・他部署・他チームからの問い合わせ対応（取引に使用する勘定科目、消費税区分、源泉税の取扱い等） ■決算関連業務 ・月次/四半期/年次決算作成及びチームマネージャーのサポート ・JGAAP および IFRS の期末決算処理 ・補助元帳と総勘定元帳の照合 ・税務当局の監査、外部会計監査人からの問い合わせや資料請求の対応・サポート ■レポーティング業務 ・JGAAP および IFRS ベースの財務情報に関する報告書作成 ・J-ICSやSolvency II を含む、会社法その他様々な規制機関、税務当局によって定められる定期報告のサポート ・財務情報分析 ・オランダ本社 / 規制当局からのリクエストや問い合わせ対応 ■税金計算と申告 ・法人税、事業税、消費税、償却資産税、その他各種申告用の資料の作成 ・税務調査対応 ■内部統制 ・担当業務の内部統制のレビュー及び実施 ■プロジェクト ・部及びチーム担当業務に関連するプロジェクト

■Explanation of division

Financial Control & Management Division is in charge of Matters concerning accounting, expense control, payment operations, financial and regulatory reporting, taxation, management reporting, as well as planning and analysis.

In Financial Control & Management division, this position acts in Financial Accounitng & Reporting team to achieve matters related to: (1) record and report daily transaction in a timely and accurate manner per financial accounting requirements (2) prepare financial and regulatory reporting (e.g., Financial Service Authority, Life Insurance Association of Japan, NN Group) (3) prepare detailed breakdown for tax returns, bank balance reconciliation and filings (national and local) (4) internal control over financial reporting (5) analyise financial results, prepare and report materials to local senior management (6) Preparation of Solvency capital ratio reporting

■Job Description

Collaborate with members within and outside of the team and achieve following tasks; ■Accounting ・Provide accounting advice to finance and non-finance teams having implications on accounting matters considering materiality and different GAAP requirements (i.e., IFRS and JGAAP), particularly matters involving professional accountancy and taxation judgement, as well as tax treatment ■Regular closing ・Lead and review the monthly/quarterly/annual closing process by communicating with other functions / divisions to ensure it is completed within the required timeline. ・Take a lead on part of deliverables for JGAAP and IFRS period-end closing. ・Understand general ledger account and reconcile between the subledger and the general ledger. ・Respond to tax authority audits and external auditor inquiries and material requests in a timely manner ・Lead in improving and automating the overall reporting processes with the support from other members ■Reporting ・Prepare JGAAP and IFRS based information as source input to the closing and reporting process run by other divisions ・Report JGAAP based information regularly in specific formats determined by financial accounting standards, regulations (e.g. disclosure), various regulatory bodies, and tax authorities. ・Report IFRS based financial results to the head office and the other regular reporting by collaboration with management reporting team. ・Prepare J-ICS based and SII solvency ratio report to regulator and the group respectively ・Provide initial analysis in relation to reported results and link to underlying business developments ・Communicate with the head office / regulators to respond to requests and enquiries. ■Tax Calculation and Reporting ・Liaisons with internal and external parties on financial related matters relevant to income tax, enterprise tax, consumption tax, local fixed asset taxes, and various other tax calculation. ・Respond to tax inspection. ■Internal Control ・Understand and manage accounting master data structure to meet the head office / local regulatory / local business requirements. ■Projects related to matters listed above
