Job Description

The Modlin Center Professional Technician position is continuously recruited, based on the Modlin Center for Theatre and Arts performance schedule.

This position performs technical duties in the areas of audio, lighting, video and projections, carpentry and rigging, and/or other technologies needed to support events at the Modlin Center complex, or in other Richmond area venues as assigned by the Production Manager or Assistant Production Managers.

The Modlin Center for the Arts facility houses the Modlin Arts series, Departments of Theatre & Dance, Art & Art History, University Museums, and Music, and is open for use by the campus and local communities.

This is an as-needed, part-time, temporary position. Work calls will typically be scheduled on a monthly basis, depending on the performance schedule of The Modlin Center.
