About the job

The Sales Associate guides, assists and meets customers' needs to ensure an exceptional shopping experience and build long-term customer relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greets customer on sales floor, determines their needs, and guides them to the appropriate section within the store.
  • Recommends merchandise to customers based on their needs.
  • Assists customers in fitting room by obtaining alternate sizes from showroom for them to try on.
  • Maintains the visual display within the assigned store section based on the predefined presentation standards and guidelines.
  • Adheres to and upholds company policies and procedures.
  • Displays a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues in order to avoid internal or external complaints.
  • Assists Cashiers and removes alarm tags from merchandise before bagging items.
  • Assists in the receipt of merchandise shipments, unpacking, and distribution throughout the store.
  • Reports customer complaints to shop manager for handling.
  • Maintains an up-to-date level of knowledge regarding the different brands, price ranges, offers, and events at Piaff Boutique Store
  • Follow up with clients through phone calls, whatsapp, and social media accounts on a daily basis.
  • Records daily achievements and interactions with clients in the sales software.

Skills

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
  • Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
  • Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
  • Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Exceptional sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong customer relationships.
  • Willing to learn the products and brands carried by the store.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and deliver personalized service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a sales team.
  • Adherence to company dress code and grooming standards.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the store's reputation.
