C++/Java Developer / Face to Face Interview

Closely partnering with Business Analysts and Developers on application design and development. Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex projects. Provides coding direction to less experienced staff, maintains existing application or develops highly complex original code. Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts. Verifies program logic by unit testing and debugging of programs. Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area The following is a list of primary technical skills that we are looking for… o C++ o OOA/OOD o Qt o LINUX OS o HTML o JAVA o J2EE o SQL o Tomcat o Javascript o Hibernate o Spring o Jsf or struts o JNI o XML o SOAP / WSDL / XML Additional required skills… o Proven proficiency in User Interface development o Strong communication skills, written and verbal o Must be able to work in a team environment o Established experience and track record in working with different lines of business and all levels of management o Working knowledge of QA testing and User Acceptance concepts/environment o Must be a self-starter with ability to pick-up new concepts and skills quickly o Ability to escalate identified issues and follow up on assigned actions o Proficient in multi-tasking and ability to work in a fast paced environment
