Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 (DAG, CAS arrays, load balancers, UM, BES)

Microsoft Lync 2010/2013
Symantec Enterprise Vault
Email protection programs such as Proofpoint
Unified email management programs such as Mimecast
Experience with enterprise level messaging solutions
MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator 2010 or MCSE: Messaging certifications are a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or combination of related work experience and education
