Job Description:
- 7+ year of hands on analysis and development in Siebel EIM. Experience in Siebel 8x preferred.
- 7+ years of working with Siebel Tools.
- Sound knowledge of Siebel 8.x data model.
- Excellent knowledge and minimum 5 years’ experience in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
- Must be a team player and have excellent communication and presentation skills to work with individuals and teams across the organization.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
The selected candidate will support end-to-end solution development, from requirements support through architecture, design, implementation, and execution.
Essential roles and responsibilities
- Plan, manage and execute on all project tasks to ensure successful and high quality deliveries of enterprise Siebel applications
- Responsible for all deliverables, including the architecture, design and implementation of the Siebel solution
- Manage schedule, resources and communications across projects, both internally and externally
Required experience and qualifications
- Must have over 12 years' experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry with over 8+ years implementing Siebel
- Experience in end- to-end Siebel architecture with deep knowledge in the areas of Configuration, EIM & EAI
- Experience in designing and implementing complex Siebel applications
- Experience with architecting and supporting the installation of Siebel in High-Availability mode
- Must have experience with understanding and mapping functional requirements to Siebel application modules to lead and guide solution design
- Must have experience with implementing Siebel on an Oracle database
- Must have experience leveraging Siebel Enterprise Architecture Integration (EAI) and Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) for enterprise integration and data migration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
