Job Responsibilities :

The Motion Graphic Designer will be part of Razer’s Ad Team under the Post-Production sub-team, creating world-class creatives that drives Razer’s global advertising campaigns across hardware, lifestyle, and gaming gear. This role works alongside other Motion Designers while collaborating closely with 3D Motion Designers, Copywriters, and cross-functional teams to bring trailers and brand content to life. The assets created will be deployed globally across digital platforms, including social media, ads, events, retail environments, and web.

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital, social, and campaign platforms.
• Use Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro to execute engaging motion design and video edits.
• Develop strong typography animation, kinetic motion, visual effects, and cinematic storytelling.
• Apply professional color grading and color correction to ensure polished and visually consistent outputs.
• Adapt content across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams, stakeholders, and production teams from concept to final delivery.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain brand consistency and stay updated with motion design trends and emerging creative workflows.

Pre-Requisites :

• Minimum 3-5 years of agency or creative production experience.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, and typography animation.
• Excellent understanding of composition, pacing, depth, perspective, and kinetic typography.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of gaming culture is advantageous.
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

• Adobe Illustrator

Plus

• Knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D and rendering workflows (e.g. Redshift)
• Experience in live-action production, compositing, sound design, and AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus.
