Full-time Integrated Mental Health Therapist position available forour Behavioral Health Department in Lynnwood, WA. Responsibilitiesinclude assessment, brief intervention counseling, consultations withprimary care, patient-centered care plans, care coordination. Youwill be part of a team that will work toward better health outcomesby applying evidence based practices. This is a dynamic programoriented toward health care transformation.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop treatment plans with patients, in consultation with otherstaff, to address identified emotional needs and behavioral problems. * Gather information regarding past mental health services to be usedin the individual's treatment plan development. * Refer patients to psychiatric services as appropriate. * Provide brief individual counseling, in coordination with othersystems, as needed. * Provide suicide risk assessment and develop treatment plans toaddress suicidal ideation or gestures. Use case management, as needed,and build community support to provide follow through. Provide othercrisis stabilization as needed. * Ensure that quality and performance requirements based on grants,contracts, and organizational priorities are met i.e. Clinical QualityMeasures, Patient Satisfaction Measures, and Meaningful Use Measures._Other duties will be assigned as needed._EDUCATION AND/OR REQUIREMENTS: * Master's degree from an accredited college or university inpsychology, counseling, or social work which includes coursework inpsychological diagnostics. * Must have 3 or more years of experience in the field. * Must meet the criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP). * Must hold and maintain an active Washington State AffiliatedCounselor License or a Mental Health Associate License (includesMarriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, and ClinicalSocial Worker). * Experience with mental health evaluation of children and experiencewith evidence-based models of treatment is a plus. * Must be comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office andother software. * Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable.Hourly - Hourly Plan, 0.00 USD HourlyWhat We Offer:
