Job description
- Manage creative team workflow on a daily basis, flagging any important requests or issues
- Determine rotation/frequency of creative assets on Client site based on audience targeting
- Mastermind on-site promotions
- Traffic creative for multiple channels (website, NY storefront, other as needed), in partnership with channel owners
- Ensure deadlines are met by helping provide clear prioritization of work in queue, and negotiate deadline extensions when appropriate and necessary
- Work with project stakeholders to ensure necessary reference materials, specifications, and project context are communicated in creative brief
- Ensure all marketing programs are brand-appropriate and within StubHub brand guidelines
- Onboard new users to creative tools (ProofHQ and Quickbase)
- Manage billing and user count of above tools
- Manage marketing wall calendar
- 2-3 years’ experience trafficking/managing creative projects
- Killer project management skills
- Media planning experience
- Geek out on segmentation and targeting strategy
- Ability and desire to create order out of chaos
- Must be strongly detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Positive, collaborative attitude
- Agency experience a plus
- Passion for live entertainment and how it connects people
