Production Operator (Forklift Operator)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and safety standards.

• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets while ensuring proper stacking and securing of materials.

• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and supplies between warehouse, production, and staging areas.

• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any issues or malfunctions to the immediate supervisor.

• Assist in inventory management by ensuring accurate placement and retrieval of items.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse and storage areas.

• Follow all safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE and adherence to EHS standards.

• Support warehouse and logistics team in other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• At least High School graduate or equivalent.

• Vocational or TESDA certification in forklift operation is an advantage.

Work Experience:

• With at least 1–2 years of experience in forklift operation, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Skills & Competencies:

• Licensed/Certified Forklift Operator (valid NCII or equivalent).

• Knowledge of safe material-handling procedures and warehouse operations.

• Ability to perform basic equipment checks and preventive maintenance.

• Good physical condition and ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.

• Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
