Job description
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Working in one of our banking client premises
- General office administrative procedures including but not limited to order stationery, printed matters, office supplies, corporate mobile / sim card arrangement and courier services arrangement, etc and ensure smooth execution on an on-going basis
- Handle office facilities / equipment maintenance
- Handle hotline and e-mail enquiries
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
- Verification and data input of expense claims
