Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in CV formatting and review for project staff submissions.
  • Format reports and project documents as per templates and guidelines.
  • Maintain registers for incoming/outgoing documents.
  • Provide clerical and encoding support for day-to-day office needs.
  • Ensure consistency in document style, templates, and branding.
  • Maintain and update document templates.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or vocational course (college preferred).
  • 1-2 years business development experience
  • Good typing speed (40–50 wpm).
  • Proficiency in MS Word (styles, tables, headers/footers).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
  • Ability to follow templates and instructions.
