o Win7/Win XP OS support. Troubleshooting

o office 365 experience is must

o Office 2003/2007/2010 support

o end user trouble shooting skills

o outlook PST Files

o Installation, configuration and maintenance of windows, hardwares and softwares.

o Support and troubleshoot windows XP and windows 7/Migrations
