Job description

Job Title: Deskside Support Location: AUSTIN, TX Duration: 1 year (with possible extension)

· Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors. · Remote take-over skills a plus. Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients. · Trade Floor Support is a Must! · Break/Fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments · Must be experienced in DESKSIDE support, Remote / CTS Support, SCCM, Windows, Incident, IMAC, VDI, SW/Break/fix, IMAC, Ability to solve tickets remotely, work with SCCD. · This candidate would need to be a leader type and a well-diversified Deskside Tech. Someone who can document procedures well (organized).
