Senior Specialist, SME Deposits Affluent

Business

• Assist to execute overall SME Deposits Affluent business proposition through targeted initiatives and strategies.
• Assist Squad Lead to strategize to increase SME Affluent product holdings and business transactions as the main operating account.
• Collaborate with business counterparts to ideate and provide holistic solution (beyond Deposits products) for SME Affluent.
• Provide feedback and work to improve on business user experience for SME Affluent.
• Identify and formulate engagement & deposits retention strategies for SME Affluent.
• Provide analysis and updates current trend and opportunities in order to grow SME Affluent segment.
• Provide adequate support and guidance to branch network (DRO, DRM, etc) for effective sales pitch.
• Manage all aspects of segment program including program approval, program roll out, briefing to front liners, readiness of marketing collateral, operational fulfilment and communication to clients.
• To engage closely with respective internal & external stakeholders in exploring potential avenues for joint initiatives & value propositions.

Compliance, Audit & Risk

• Ensure strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements (Bank & BNM) in all product propositions.
• Respond and manage Audit exercise and ensure no major breach/finding.
