Job description
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and hospital staff to ensure patient experience and satisfaction are top priorities.
Respond to and investigate patient complaints or inquiries, escalating issues to the appropriate staff or department when necessary.
Coordinate with relevant individuals or departments to minimize or resolve service delays.
Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication to patients and their families throughout the service process.
Support administrative and operational activities related to patient services.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, service standards, and service excellence guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any major).
Previous experience in hospitality or aviation industry, particularly as Front Office or Customer Service staff.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Prior experience in healthcare service is an advantage.
