Job description

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Prepare and maintain sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.

  • Maintain an organized filing system for sales records and marketing materials.

  • Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment

  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).

  • Generate sales reports, marketing performance reports, and analyze sales trends.

  • Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for internal and external use.

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).

  • Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

  • Help manage social media accounts, website updates, and email campaigns.

  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations) to ensure alignment in sales and marketing efforts.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners when required
