Medical Receptionist (Full-Time, In-Office)
Company: Health Link Location: San Francisco, CA Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

Manage the reception area, including answering phones, accurately routing calls, and directing messages.

Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting patients, answering general inquiries, and fostering patient retention.

Process incoming communications, including sorting and delegating faxes to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Navigate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to securely and confidentially update and maintain patient databases.

Support the broader office team with various administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
What You Bring (Requirements):

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the medical field, backed by a proven track record of excellent customer service.

Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, complete with professional telephone etiquette.

Efficiency: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and multitask accurately in a dynamic setting.

Technical Savvy: Proficient computer skills and the ability to confidently navigate office technology.
