As Fairmont Gold Supervisor, you will bring our exceptional “Fairmont Gold standards” to life – not only by delivering warm, personalized service to our guests, but also by being a role model for your Colleagues. Reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- To monitor maintenance of the physical Fairmont Gold product (Guestrooms and Lounge)
- Review all Fairmont Gold reservations to ensure guest requests are met
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and appropriately while logging and notifying proper areas
- Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
- Provide exceptional concierge services to our guests
- Ensure all Fairmont Gold Standards and operating procedures are adhered
- Ensure food & beverage service in the lounge is executed smoothly and safely. This applies to breakfast service, canapés service and the honor bar
- To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- To follow all safety policies, especially surrounding food safety
- Other duties as assigned
What will you bring to this role?
- Previous luxury guest service experience required
- Previous Property Management System experience required
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications required
- Strong attention to detail required
- Active ProServe Certification is required for the position
- Must be available on weekends
- University/College degree in a related discipline an asset
- Previous food and beverage experience an asset
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible, reliable and punctual
- Must possess a professional presentation
