Job description
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the establishment’s standards
- Support the Chef de Partie in managing a specific kitchen section
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is required
- Experience in hotel kitchens is a strong advantage
- French nationality or excellent command of French (fluent level required)
- Previous experience as Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef ready for promotion
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
