Job description
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the New Product Portfolio and New Product Calendar.
- Lead the end-to-end product development pipeline from ideation to commercial launch.
- Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and other key functions to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Conduct pre-marketing feasibility analysis, including demand forecast, pricing, and operational fit.
- Translate brand vision and positioning into actionable product strategies that resonate with target consumers.
- Analyze trends and consumer behavior to define product opportunities.
- Lead consumer test and research together with R&D team to translate insights into commercially viable product concepts.
- Validate technical and operational feasibility of product ideas with relevant stakeholders.
- Track and evaluate post-launch performance to refine future NPD strategies.
- Prepare and present product development reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the international franchisor on alignment, approval, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the food industry, preferably in QSR or F&B, with a mix of R&D and product marketing/sales experience.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional NPD projects from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of market research, commercial feasibility, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Proactive, driven, and results-oriented with a bias for action.
- Highly organized and structured, able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Strategic thinker with sharp commercial instincts.
- Passionate about the dessert and ice cream industry.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good at presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with data and performance analysis tools.
