What you’ll do
- Ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements - KPI & CPI
- Be responsible for yearly financial planning, monthly forecasting of revenue and all cost lines including head count, compensation grid, capacity optimization, productivity targets, utilization levels etc. and drive it through Performance reviews and Dashboards
- Prepare and own the Consolidated Financial Statements for the Group (UK, India, and other international subsidiaries).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs for the Leadership Team and Board.
- Monitor your team’s targets/budgets and course corrections against plan Vs actual, Client wise presentation of monthly Financials and key financial levers will be a part of this role.
- Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis if deadlines slip
- Compatible with the Business Accounting teams and internal partners to resolve issues
- Handle multiple partners and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the significant process
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, leading the annual audit process to a clean and timely conclusion.
- Collaborate with Sales function to ensure the General Ledger correctly tracks SaaS-specific metrics (Deferred Revenue, ARR, CAC, LTV, Gross Margin etc).
- People Management – be a people manager involved in hiring, structured learning path, operations coach for the team.
What you’ll need
- CA qualified/CA Inter+ MBA Finance
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
- Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
- Macros / VBA an added advantage
- Experience: 5–8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or Tech environment.
- Technical Excellence: Proven experience in preparing multi-entity consolidated financial statements.
- Systems: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with modern ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Xero, or Sage Intacct).
