Job description

Within Bosch Building Technologies, our Digital & Cloud competence center develops innovative SaaS solutions for commercial buildings - driving energy efficiency, sustainability, and smart automation. Your contribution to something big: 

  • Drive agile excellence: You empower cross-functional teams to successfully develop digital service products (SaaS) in building technologies and energy management.
  • Coach and inspire: You foster a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, and ownership by applying agile principles across team and program levels.
  • Enable team performance: In close collaboration with Release Train Engineers and leadership, you identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Create transparency: You ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies while supporting backlog refinement and prioritization.
  • Facilitate collaboration: You lead agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives in an engaging and effective way.
  • Promote knowledge sharing: You act as a mentor for agile values (Scrum, SAFe), strengthening collaboration within and across teams.
  • Optimize processes: You continuously improve agile ways of working, tools, and frameworks together with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders.

What distinguishes you:

Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field

Experience

  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in scaled environments

Know-how

  • Strong expertise in Scrum; knowledge of SAFe or LeSS is a plus
  • Experience in software development environments (e.g., Java, cloud technologies)

Languages

  • Fluent in English

  • Structured and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to foster collaboration in distributed, international teams
  • Comfortable working in hybrid setups

  • Strong communication skills with an inclusive mindset
