Expected salary range of $120,600 to $134,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position Demonstrates a mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Interior Structural Fire Brigade, Hazardous Materials (HazMat) Emergency Response, Incident Command, and Permit Required Confined Space Rescue training programs. Responsible for development and delivery of classroom and hands on training in the above areas. Responsible for program management of one of the above programs. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Drives personnel performance improvement through training. Schedules, coordinates, and conducts performance-based training programs as required in accordance with Constellation's systematic approach to training model, departmental procedures, and regulatory requirements. This includes "hands on" interior structural firefighting requiring the use of appropriate personal protective equipment as well as self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) HazMat training and Confined Space Rescue training. Supervise all aspects of training activities and trainees. Create, maintain and revise training materials as necessary, utilizing the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation process. Assures the training programs are maintained current, in accordance with regulations and incorporate information gained from: Federal and state regulations and requirements, Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) and Constellation significant operating experience reports, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) bulletins, informational notices, pertinent National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and industry best practices. Create and maintain auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities. Maintain, design and construct training props, to provide realistic plant-like training opportunities for trainees. Travel to other facilities to perform benchmarking, oversight activities, audits and assessments as required. Supports the fleet in areas of business initiatives, project management, Emergency Preparedness (EP) duties and special projects.
