Job description

Responsibilities Will provide phone support to Employers (Group), Agents, Relationship Managers, funeral homes, and Beneficiaries or any other caller inquiring about a Life product. Will provide support within emails regarding Notice of Deaths (NOD), inquiries, and administrative emails requiring updates in our systems.
