Responsibilities Position Summary: To provide reception coverage for Martin Brower’s head office in Mississauga, Canada. The individual in this role is the first face-to-face contact visitors have with the office. They will present a positive image of the company, through their friendly greeting and efficient service. The receptionist will also perform light administrative assignments. Schedule: Part Time - Monday to Friday - 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Position Responsibilities: Answer the phone and transfer incoming calls, take messages and forward calls/messages Greet all visitors to the office, explain how to sign-in using guest sign-in platform, issue security passes and notify the host(s) Maintain company’s national directory Open, sort, and distribute correspondence and shipments. Ensure internal and external mail and deliveries are administered to relevant departments Monitor printing-supply inventory and order printer toner/paper Support office event logistics and set up/take down Assist leadership team with administration and ad hoc requests (e.g., formatting communications materials and PowerPoint presentations) Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Reliable, professional self‑starter with one year of general work experience Takes initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest practical changes Demonstrates strong prioritization, organization, and time‑management skills to consistently meet or exceed deadlines Produces high‑quality, accurate work with strong attention to detail Responds to requests promptly and communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Proactively addresses customer needs and takes ownership to resolve issues independently Demonstrates strong administrative capability, with experience in reception or office support roles considered an asset Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with tech and graphic design savviness as an added asset This position must pass a post-offer background check Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
